E-Filing

e-filing system enables the Petitioners / Advocates to file a petition electronically. This system facilitates the Petitioners to prepare cause title and upload all the case documents online. After the case details are entered, an unique efiling number is generated from the system. Petitioners can view the status of the Petition using the efiling number. The objection raised by the department can be addressed through the e-filing system without visiting to the department
